Hourly Rate:

• Study and Hearing: USD 800 per hour

• Preparation (non-hearing time): USD 800 per hour

 

Daily Rate:

• For a full day of service, including 7 hours of hearing and 1 hour of preparation: USD 6,400

 

Institutional Arbitration:

• In certain institutional arbitrations, I may accept the compensation fixed by the institution using a prescribed cost scale, ensuring transparency and adherence to established guideline

 

Travel Expenses:

• Singapore, Korea, and the U.S.: No additional travel expenses will be charged if the hearing takes place in these locations.

• Other locations: Travel expenses will generally be limited to reasonable and necessary expenses, including business-class or higher airfare, hotel accommodations at reputable establishments, and a per diem meal allowance of USD 100/day.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• If the hearing is canceled more than 30 days prior to the first scheduled hearing day, no cancellation fee will be charged.

• If the hearing is canceled within 30 days of the first scheduled hearing day, a cancellation fee equal to half of the total time reserved will be charged.
